3. Services and Engagements

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any service will be set out in a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement between you and IDELENCE TECH. Those documents take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict regarding a particular project.

4. Payments and Invoicing

Payment terms (amounts, currency, schedule and method) will be specified in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payment or a deposit is required before work begins, and fees are non-refundable for work already performed.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials (text, images, data, credentials) reasonably required for us to deliver services, and to confirm that you hold the rights to use any materials you supply. Delays caused by missing inputs or feedback may affect agreed timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables produced for your project as specified in the project agreement. IDELENCE TECH retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates and know-how used in producing deliverables, and the right to reuse general techniques and non-confidential learnings.

7. Portfolio Rights

Unless you request otherwise in writing, IDELENCE TECH may display completed work and general descriptions of projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the website or our services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may rely on third-party platforms, tools and services (such as hosting providers, email services and advertising networks). We are not responsible for third-party services, but we select them with reasonable care.

10. Disclaimers
